Our Services

Our Southern-style BBQ catering team comes to your company, church, family, or neighborhood function.

Choose from our catering options below for your celebration or event.

FULL-SERVICE

Window Service utilizing the food trailer and/or full-service buffet services.

· Tables and linens for buffet and serving equipment will be provided by the Caterer.

· All serving platters and serving equipment will be provided for use during the event and are included in catering costs.

· Set up of the food/beverages

· Dismantling and clean-up of the food service area to be organized by the Caterer.

· Return of any property belonging to Sauce on the Side to be agreed upon by the Client/Customer.

SELF-SERVICE

Mobile catering with our signature mouth-watering BBQ and more! Pickup or Delivery. Your guests will be delighted to treat themselves to our mouth-watering BBQ and more. Disposable pans and wire stands, sterno warming fuel, and serving utensils are provided. Plates, napkins, eating utensils and cups are provided at an additional cost per person.

Note: For regular self-service catering items, 48-hours’ notice is required.
