We get it — some folks might hesitate to eat from a food truck, and that’s okay! But let us share a little insight that might change your mind.

A food truck is essentially a restaurant on wheels. We meet the same strict standards as any brick-and-mortar kitchen — and then some. We’re inspected by the health department multiple times a year, undergo fire suppression system checks twice annually, and must maintain running hot and cold water, a 3-compartment sink, a veggie sink and a handwashing sink just like any restaurant.

On top of that, we renew city and county permits every year to operate legally and safely. And yes, our base of operations — the commissary or facility where we clean, prep, and restock — is inspected and approved as part of those same health regulations.

So, if you’ve ever been unsure about eating at a food truck, now you know - we play by the same rules, keep everything up to code, and take pride in serving safe, delicious food wherever the wheels roll. 🚚❤️

So next time you see us roll up, know that we’re serving food that’s SAFE, INSPECTED, and MADE WITH A WHOLE LOTTA LOVE! ❤️

Give a food truck a try — you might just discover your new favorite spot! Just check for the DPH Report and Grade Sheet that is posted in front.
