STAFFED BUFFET SERVICE
Relax and enjoy your event while we take care of the details.
Our Staffed Buffet Service combines delicious, freshly prepared food with professional setup, presentation, and attentive service throughout your meal. Our team will set and style the buffet using our serving equipment and catering pieces, keep the buffet organized and replenished during service, and handle the breakdown of our catering equipment when dinner is complete.
From weddings and rehearsal dinners to corporate gatherings and milestone celebrations, this service is designed for hosts who want their guests well cared for—and don't want to spend their event worrying about the food.

FOOD TRAILER WINDOW SERVICE
Bring our signature “Roadside Diner” experience right to your event.
With Food Trailer Window Service, your guests are served directly from our mobile kitchen, creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere without sacrificing the quality, hospitality, and attention to detail Sauce on the Side is known for.
Guests can visit the window at their own pace, making this service especially well suited for corporate gatherings, private parties, community events, festivals, and casual celebrations.

DROP N' GO
CATERING
Our signature mouth-watering BBQ is ready when you are!
Our Drop N' Go Catering makes feeding a crowd easy. We prepare your menu, package everything for service, and deliver it to your event ready for your guests to enjoy—without the need for onsite catering staff.
Your hot menu items are provided in disposable catering pans with wire racks and warming fuel, along with serving utensils to help keep everything ready throughout your meal. Disposable plates, napkins, cups, and eating utensils may also be added when needed.
Drop N' Go is a great choice for office lunches, corporate meetings, family gatherings, celebrations, showers, and casual events where you want delicious food without full-service staffing.
